Returns Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
How to Return
Email us at info@lioralenore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
